Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations in a remote setting, the full-time salaried Director of Business Operations will oversee client implementation processes, drive cross-functional collaboration, and optimize operational performance across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across relevant functional areas, ensuring seamless execution across the full client lifecycle
• Lead client implementation processes end-to-end, driving accountability across multiple teams to meet implementation milestones
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex client escalations and operational issues while presenting data-driven insights to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, or management consulting
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse functions and backgrounds
• Experience managing or partnering with client-facing teams, such as Client Success or Account Management
• Strong process design and project management skills applied to complex implementations
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and synthesize information into actionable strategies
