Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve key business processes across multiple departments
• Scope and deploy AI-based solutions that drive operational efficiency
• Act as an internal consultant, identifying issues and building solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years post-grad experience in strategy, business operations or product
• Background in consulting and/or banking, combined with hands-on operator experience
• Exposure to financial services, fintech or payments industries preferred
• Strong understanding of emerging tech - especially AI - and its business applications
• Technically literate with an understanding of operational processes
