Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Operations - HCP Strategy & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and initiatives to improve HCP adoption, engagement, and retention
• Communicate HCP strategy and progress to executive leadership and internal teams
• Analyze and measure HCP-related outreach initiatives to inform strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, or related fields, including 1-2 years in management consulting
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong comfort level in data analytics
• Strategic thinker capable of operating at both high-level strategy and execution-focused problem-solving
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across various teams
