A company is looking for a Director, Business Operations & Strategy - Core Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the quoting platform
• Drive automation efforts and leverage advanced ML models to enhance carrier performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, and operations teams on strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or intellectually rigorous discipline
• 5-7 years of management consulting experience from a top firm or relevant experience in business analysis/operations
• Experience in an earlier stage startup is preferred but not required
