Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to enhance user experience and drive outcomes for the insurance marketplace
• Lead efforts to scale the insurance business from 5M to 50M customers and achieve ambitious growth targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Operations Research)
• 7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams
• Structured problem-solving approach and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
• High standards for personal and team performance
