Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Operations & Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise performance scorecards and organization effectiveness initiatives
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support strategic investments and operational improvements
• Implement and manage OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks to drive accountability and results

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in enterprise performance management, organizational effectiveness, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in business case development and ROI analysis
• Experience with OKR frameworks, dashboard creation, and KPI tracking
• Demonstrated ability to lead budget and CapEx planning processes
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
