Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to create a seamless user experience
• Drive critical outcomes for the insurance marketplace, including loss ratio, retention, and conversion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering)
• 7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams
• Structured framework for problem-solving and strong analytical skills
• Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences, including technical stakeholders and C-suite executives
