Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Operations - Prepay Editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to translate strategy into actionable operating plans
• Design and lead the operating rhythm of the business, including reviews and planning cycles
• Drive cross-functional programs and establish the content-to-revenue system for growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in Strategy & Operations, ideally within healthcare
• Proven track record in driving cross-functional execution without direct authority
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for building KPIs and performance narratives
• Experience in improving processes and operating systems in a scaling organization
• Familiarity with healthcare claims/payment workflows or adjacent experience
