Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Operations to scale and optimize internal systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creation, evolution, and documentation of business systems and processes to support company growth
• Build and automate data analyses to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and high-priority projects critical to scaling the business

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or cross-functional project management
• Experience owning complex, cross-functional processes end-to-end
• Highly analytical with comfort in using data and AI tools for decision-making
• Experience in higher education, edtech, or SaaS environments is preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with experience troubleshooting systems and workflows
