Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

To support a rapidly scaling business, the full-time salaried Director of Business Operations will manage the design and implementation of operating systems, data architecture, and governance frameworks, ensuring seamless integration across Commercial, Finance, and Operations in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and redesign workflows to enhance efficiency and establish scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Champion technology enablement by evaluating and implementing AI solutions and automation tools to improve processes
• Design and maintain an integrated business planning framework that aligns demand signals with financial and operational plans

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, enterprise data, or strategy & operations
• Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional processes in a multi-entity environment
• Strong experience with data integration and governance frameworks, as well as BI reporting infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms
• Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning platforms, as well as project management and BI tools
