Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

Acting as a strategic partner to sales leadership, the remote Director of Business Operations will manage the Commercial and Mid-market business segments, focusing on driving growth through deep market understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer segments, sales performance, and operational drivers to identify growth levers
• Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, supporting planning, goal setting, and execution to exceed sales targets
• Own the rhythm of the business, including business reviews and forecasting processes, while providing insights for decision-making

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Finance, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy & Operations
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships and influence executive audiences
• Experience partnering with sales leadership and working with executive teams
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large data sets and tools like Databricks or SQL
