Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

To drive the expansion of new product lines, the full-time remote Director of Business Operations will manage the partnerships pipeline, structure complex deals, and ensure partner success in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run the partnerships pipeline from outreach to successful onboarding for new product lines
• Lead independent conversations with insurance carriers and partners, qualifying fit and structuring tailored value propositions
• Design creative deal structures and ensure ongoing partner engagement post-close to foster long-term relationships

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting with a proven track record of closing complex deals
• Experience in launching new partnership categories or building business development functions from the ground up
• Background in consulting or structured problem-solving combined with business development or sales execution
• Demonstrated ability to engage and navigate large partner organizations independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex deal structures to executive audiences
