Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

To ensure seamless business operations and optimized processes, the full-time remote Director of Business Operations will manage corporate contracts, oversee financial reporting, and strengthen vendor and partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of customer, partner, and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Review and analyze monthly financials, providing insights for strategic planning and operational decision-making
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners, evaluating performance and identifying collaboration opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business operations or related leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a professional services environment
• Demonstrated expertise in contract management, financial reporting, and vendor/partner oversight
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment and collaborate effectively across distributed teams
