Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, the full-time remote Director of Business Operations will serve as a trusted advisor and operational leader, driving strategic initiatives, aligning the executive team, and enhancing business operations across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and support executive communications
• Facilitate executive meetings and ensure clear action plans are developed from decisions made
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve communication, collaboration, and execution across the organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or Strategy
• Experience working directly with senior executives in a high-growth technology company
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical acumen
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, data, media, or marketplace businesses is a plus
