Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

To support rapid growth, the full-time remote Director of Business Operations & Legal will build scalable contracting processes, manage commercial mechanics, and drive security and compliance initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled contracting processes to expedite deal closures while managing risk
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales on pricing strategies and approval workflows that enhance revenue and margins
• Develop playbooks and escalation criteria to empower team members to resolve standard contract issues independently

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business operations, deal desk, legal operations, or contract management with significant commercial responsibility
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS and high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of deal economics, including pricing and discounting strategies
• Familiarity with security certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP
• A JD or equivalent legal training is preferred
