Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, the full-time Director of Business Operations will serve as a strategic thought partner and operational leader, ensuring alignment across the executive team and driving company-wide initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and support executive communications
• Facilitate executive meetings and ensure decisions translate into actionable plans
• Develop executive dashboards and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve business operations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or Strategy
• Experience partnering with senior executives in a high-growth technology company
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical acumen
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, data, media, or marketplace businesses is a plus
