Director of Business Operations
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the remote Director of Business Operations will build and lead the operational infrastructure, connecting commercial growth, client delivery, financial performance, and strategic priorities while partnering closely with senior leadership to enhance business performance and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Business Operations & Performance function, establishing management systems and operating rhythms
- Own sales operations processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance metrics
- Develop and maintain enterprise performance management frameworks, including KPI governance and reporting standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership with forecasting, planning, and performance management
- Strong understanding of professional services economics and profitability analysis
- Experience developing KPI frameworks and management reporting systems
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities
