Key responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve annual and quarterly planning processes to drive better decisions and measurable outcomes
- Develop executive dashboards and business insights that connect investments to customer value and business performance
- Build and coach a high-performing Business Operations team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Experience designing or evolving operating models and planning processes
- Proven track record of leading organizations through operational change
- Experience building executive operating rhythms that facilitate decision-making
- Strong executive communication and business insight skills
- Fluency in English as a working language
