Director of Business Operations
Job Summary
To lead and scale the operational foundation of a U.S. business, the remote full-time Director of Business Operations will manage workflows from planning to delivery, drive operational excellence, and provide insights for executive decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Define and enforce standardized processes and workflows across the organization
- Monitor project performance and provide leadership with insights into delivery health and execution performance
- Ensure accuracy of operational data and lead the development of dashboards and executive reporting
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, project controls, or operational leadership
- Experience in the AV industry preferred
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, including forecasting and margin analysis
- Proven ability to scale operations in a fast-growing, multi-functional organization
- Experience with ERP/PSA systems and operational reporting tools
