Director of Business Operations
Job Summary
Driving organizational effectiveness in a remote full-time capacity, the Director of Business Operations will manage operational strategy, KPI development, and revenue optimization across D2C, B2B2C, and B2B markets while supporting executive leadership and sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the development and execution of annual planning activities, including goal setting and strategic operations plans
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success leadership on pipeline forecasting and revenue visibility
- Refine lead-to-cash processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in business and/or sales operations, PMO, or strategic planning
- BA/BS degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Lean six sigma, Kaizen, TQM, or BQM certification preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Experience supporting B2B business, with additional experience in B2B2C or D2C appreciated
