Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution for genomic laboratory operations, the full-time remote Director of Business Platforms will manage the development and optimization of digital products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for business platforms supporting genomic laboratory operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions
• Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation through implementation, optimization, and ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of digital product management experience
• Strong experience supporting healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, or genomic operations
• Proven expertise with CRM, revenue cycle management, and operational systems integrations
• Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies
