Job Summary

Leading the evolution of the enterprise operating system, the full-time Director of Business Process Excellence will establish frameworks and governance to enhance operational effectiveness and cross-functional alignment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise process architecture and governance standards
• Lead future-state operating model design initiatives across critical business functions
• Drive operational simplification and standardization efforts in partnership with business leaders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in process excellence, operating model design, or business transformation
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Demonstrated success in building governance models and operational frameworks
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth organizations preferred
