Director of Business Process Improvement

Job Summary

To drive enterprise process improvement initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Business Process Improvement will evaluate and standardize processes, establish performance metrics, and collaborate with operational leaders to enhance efficiency and financial outcomes in revenue cycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Translates executive vision into actionable roadmaps for operational excellence across multiple departments
• Leads end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies and implements Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Builds strong partnerships across operations, finance, compliance, and IT to drive organizational change management efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, finance, operations, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, process improvement, or operational transformation
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing projects, programs, or enterprise initiatives
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions, workflows, and regulatory considerations
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
