Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Process Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with financial and operational goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to re-engineer core business processes for improved efficiency
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business transformation or strategic operations, with 5 years in senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, or Agile frameworks
• Experience managing $1M+ transformation budgets with measurable outcomes
• US citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance as needed
