A company is looking for a Customer Success Insights, Director Business Program Management of Agent Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive insights strategy for agents and consumption, ensuring cohesive performance reporting
• Build measurement frameworks to define and evolve KPIs for business execution
• Partner with business strategy teams to align execution views for emerging offers and products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience
• OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes and managing stakeholder relationships
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
• Experience designing reporting processes and data models for evolving business scenarios
