Director of Business Program Management

Job Summary

Leading the Rhythm of Business for the Corporate segment, the full-time Director of Business Program Management will design and execute operational processes that enhance performance, support data-informed decision-making, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve and lead the global Rhythm of Business for the Corporate Segment to drive transformative insights and local execution
• Coordinate inputs and synthesize insights for segment leadership reviews, ensuring alignment with broader sales rhythms
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to track segment-specific KPIs, identify trends, and surface risks or opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• Proven success managing operational cadences and executive-level programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales performance metrics and forecasting
• Proficiency in AI tooling and agentic workflows
• Experience managing Rhythm of Business in a global or matrixed organization preferred
