Director of Business Program Management

Job Summary

Leading the Rhythm of Business (ROB) for the Corporate segment, the full-time Director of Business Program Management will design and execute operational processes to enhance performance and decision-making, collaborating closely with segment stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve and lead the global SME&C Rhythm of Business (ROB) to deliver insights that improve business performance
• Drive preparation for segment leadership reviews, ensuring alignment with sales and corporate rhythms
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Strategy teams for territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proven success managing operational cadences and executive-level programs
• Effective analytical skills with experience in sales performance metrics and forecasting
• Proficiency in AI tooling and agentic workflows
• Experience managing ROB in a global or matrixed organization preferred
