Director of Business Relationship Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Associate Business Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to growth of segment by executing against targeted growth goals in business relationships, deposit growth, loan production, and overall fee income
• Develop and maintain a network of business contacts and referral sources to generate new business relationships and revenue
• Collaborate with team and colleagues to deliver excellent client experiences and identify business banking growth opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of Relationship Management or Branch Manager sales experience and 4+ years of banking experience
• General knowledge of credit and ability to learn financial analysis techniques and lending policy
• Proven track record of developing banking relationships and sales success
• Preferred candidates will have advanced degrees; however, a High School diploma or GED is required
• Demonstrated capabilities in managing and growing a sales pipeline and developing new business relationships
