Director of Business Relationships

Job Summary

To enhance alignment between technology initiatives and organizational goals, the full-time remote Director of Business Relationships will build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, lead a team of Business Relationship Managers, and drive IT demand management and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges
• Lead a team to ensure high-quality engagement and service delivery across business units
• Facilitate collaboration between IT and business teams to align IT strategies with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience managing teams focused on stakeholder engagement and service delivery
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project management principles
• Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and vice versa
• Experience with portfolio management, demand management, and strategic planning
