Director of Business Services

Job Summary

To ensure mission success and compliance, the full-time remote Director of Business Services will develop and execute departmental strategies, oversee contract execution, and manage team performance while fostering relationships with government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution and monitor performance to ensure financial tracking and deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Develop strategic goals and objectives in collaboration with leadership and report detailed status updates to the executive team
• Build and maintain relationships with key government customers and identify new project opportunities through networking and market insights

Required qualifications

• Twenty plus years of related experience in program and project management
• Master's degree in a relevant area and PMP certification
• Strong understanding of strategic planning and experience managing budgets for multiple projects
• Demonstrated ability to develop standards and frameworks for operational processes
• Must be able to pass a government background check and be authorized to work in the United States
