Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Diversified Business Strategy, Planning & Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the company's business diversification strategy and provide strategic recommendations on growth opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute on strategic opportunities
• Lead the strategic planning process and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare or strategy consulting, strategic development, or financial analysis
• 5 years of experience leading teams or managing staff
• In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of experience in a related field
• Significant experience identifying new opportunities and driving change in complex environments
