Director of Business Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Strategy and Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit executives to shape and align business area strategies
• Support the definition of future-state team structures and drive organizational alignment
• Translate segment and client needs into effective sales strategies and support models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services OR High School Diploma and 12 years of experience in the same fields
• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, or organizational design
• Experience in commercial banking or financial services is preferred
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and go-to-market models
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and execution
