Director of Business Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Strategy and Architecture to lead enterprise operating model design and alignment across the Commercial Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of operating models across business areas
• Serve as the strategic integrator across business-aligned Design & Delivery Leads
• Partner with business leaders to develop and refine client segmentation strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services OR High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of experience in the same fields
• 10+ years of experience in business architecture, strategy, or a related field
• Deep understanding of commercial banking business models and client segmentation
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance standards
• Certification in Business Architecture or Enterprise Architecture (e.g., BIZBOK, TOGAF, BIAN) preferred
