• Oversee financial performance, including sales analysis and product strategy development
• Guide assortment planning and ensure alignment with brand values and growth goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, product strategy, or merchandising
• Proven track record of owning P&L performance and translating data into actionable insights
• Strong understanding of multi-channel retail dynamics
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building alignment among stakeholders
