Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations/PMO to lead strategic initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects aligned with organizational priorities
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle and manage a development team
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, technical development, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-impact custom development projects
• Demonstrated success in leading AI or automation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a technology-related field is required
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
