Director of Business Systems
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Business Systems to shape and execute its enterprise technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executives to develop a strategic enterprise systems roadmap and establish KPIs for system performance
- Streamline quote-to-cash and billing processes while enhancing existing tools and integrating new technologies
- Recruit and mentor a team, establishing best practices for project management and change management strategies
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of technical program management experience with complex technology projects
- 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
- Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks in product development
- Fluency with the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira and related tools
