Director of Business Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Systems to optimize internal technologies and manage a team of experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of business systems experts, conducting performance reviews and providing coaching
• Coordinate the Business Systems product roadmap, balancing internal needs with business priorities
• Design optimized business processes and manage the execution of user acceptance testing for technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, business process optimization, or program management
• Proven track record of managing and developing mid-sized teams of product managers or technical staff
• Deep experience as a power user or admin of core business systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, etc.)
• Exposure to ETL tools, relational databases, and digital marketing channels
