Director of Business Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Systems & Automation who will lead the design, implementation, and management of business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic owner and hands-on operator of business systems, overseeing administration, configuration, and optimization
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in system performance and develop KPIs and dashboards for decision-making
• Research and implement emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance organizational capabilities and client services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of experience in business systems, applications management, or related fields with hands-on systems ownership
• Proven experience in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing financial software and enterprise business systems
• Experience in designing and supporting cross-system workflows and integrations
• ClickUp experience strongly preferred, including administration and workflow design
