A company is looking for a Director of Business Systems to lead their global NetSuite and Salesforce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SME and strategic owner for NetSuite and Salesforce, architecting scalable solutions across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle
• Lead a global team, setting performance expectations and fostering a collaborative culture
• Manage end-to-end implementations, integrations, and process optimizations while ensuring system health and user administration

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Systems or IT, with deep expertise in NetSuite or Salesforce
• Proven success in leading complex implementations and managing global teams for 3+ years
• Experience with Lead-to-Cash processes and integration platforms
• Technical skills in NetSuite SuiteScript, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and data modeling
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
