Director of Business Systems

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of business systems and GTM technology, the full-time Director of Business Systems will manage a team focused on Salesforce architecture, integration governance, and marketing analytics while collaborating closely with RevOps, sales, and engineering in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the business-side architect for Salesforce, managing data models, process design, and change governance
• Direct a team including a Salesforce developer and GTM analyst, ensuring accountability and delivery of business requirements
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to enhance measurement culture and decision-making across business systems

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, GTM technology, or marketing operations with hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot ownership
• Strong technical background to evaluate architecture and manage integration decisions
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, change management, and release governance
• Familiarity with modern data stacks, consent management platforms, and analytics tools
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
