Job Summary

To optimize lead-to-cash business support systems, the full-time remote Director of Business Systems will manage platform implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data management aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage systems implementation and serve as the primary business lead on platform migrations
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build a comprehensive platform roadmap that enhances operational efficiency
• Ensure effective data management across ecosystems for operational and reporting purposes

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience managing lead-to-cash platforms from a business perspective
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale systems implementations in high-growth environments
• Experience with systems migrations in subscription services or platforms
• Ability to influence outcomes within a matrixed organization using data-driven decision-making
• Strong execution-focused mindset
