Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and analytically-minded Director of Business Systems to lead Sourcing, Procurement, and Spend Analytics initiatives in a full-time remote capacity, overseeing the Source-to-Pay ecosystem while driving operational excellence and digital transformation across the procurement organization.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Source-to-Pay systems and processes
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business systems analysts and procurement specialists
• Develop and execute comprehensive spend analytics programs to identify cost-saving opportunities

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or related business operations
• 5+ years in a director-level or senior management position with cross-functional team leadership
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay systems, including implementation and optimization
• Advanced proficiency in spend analytics and business intelligence tools
• Expertise in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion cloud
