Director of Business Systems
Job Summary
Strategically leading the evolution of enterprise systems, the full-time remote Director of Business Systems Technology will manage a technology delivery team, optimize processes across core applications, and implement AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Technology delivery team, managing resource capacity and fostering professional development
- Own and continuously improve the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process and drive the long-term roadmap for core enterprise applications
- Implement the strategic roadmap for AI-driven workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business systems development leadership with expertise in at least two of the primary platforms: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or Boomi
- Experience managing the evolution of a complex SaaS ecosystem, focusing on optimization and scaling
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing and managing high-output delivery teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Extensive experience managing consultant teams and ensuring quality of deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
