Key Responsibilities

• Provide business process management thought leadership across the organization
• Establish effective relationships with business process owners to support and enable them
• Collaborate with IS leadership to propose solutions and participate in application architecture refinement

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, computer science, finance, or management information systems
• Demonstrable knowledge of business process management and integrated systems experience
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis and change management practices
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
