Director of Business Systems Technology

Job Summary

Strategically leading the evolution of the enterprise ecosystem, the full-time remote Director of Business Systems Technology will manage a technology delivery team, optimize systems and processes, and implement AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Technology delivery team, managing resource capacity and delivery velocity while promoting professional development
• Own and improve the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, driving the roadmap for core enterprise applications to ensure scalability and reliability
• Implement the strategic roadmap for AI-driven workflows and automation initiatives across the enterprise

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business systems development leadership with expert-level knowledge in at least two of the primary platforms: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or Boomi
• Experience managing the evolution of a complex SaaS ecosystem, focusing on optimization and scaling
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing and managing high-output delivery teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Extensive experience managing consultant teams and ensuring quality deliverables within budget
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
