• Drive organizational change management and build governance structures for AI initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 7+ years of experience in IT/Business Technology management
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale Organizational Change initiatives
• Proven track record in transitioning IT to a strategic partnership model
• Direct experience with enterprise-wide platforms and a "Zero-to-One" mindset
