Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Director of Business Technology Operations to lead business technology enablement and drive strategic solutions for revenue growth in a remote, full-time capacity, leveraging deep Salesforce expertise and proven leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive 18-month roadmap for sales and marketing technology stacks, aligning with business objectives
• Architect and optimize Salesforce environments while managing integrations with critical business systems
• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, establishing performance metrics and fostering a culture of continuous learning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with multiple certifications
• 5+ years managing marketing automation platforms with demonstrated success in campaign optimization
• Proven track record of implementing complex system integrations using REST APIs and middleware platforms
• Experience managing technology vendor relationships and contract negotiations
