Director of Business Technology

Job Summary

Leading the technology strategy and operations for Sales and Partner business domains, the full-time remote Director of Business Technology will manage the technology roadmap and delivery execution across Salesforce CRM and related systems, ensuring alignment with business priorities and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Business Technology leader for Sales and Partner organizations, developing aligned technology roadmaps
• Own the delivery roadmap for Sales technology platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence
• Lead a cross-functional team to enhance platform performance and manage resource planning and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience leading Enterprise Business Applications or Business Technology teams
• 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce-based platforms and enterprise CRM solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Sales, CRM, CPQ, Partner Management, and Customer Experience processes
