Director of Business Transformation

Job Summary

Leading the execution of enterprise governance initiatives, the fully remote Director of Business Transformation Operations will manage the operating cadence and infrastructure necessary for tracking enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring accountability and visibility for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the infrastructure for governance cadence steering committees and initiative reviews, engaging the right stakeholders at decision points
• Own operational tracking and governance for the annual Gross Savings initiative, partnering with various teams to ensure performance against targets
• Prepare and deliver leadership-ready reporting for C-suite audiences, translating initiative-level details into clear summaries for executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in program governance, PMO leadership, or strategy operations roles, preferably in healthcare or value-based care
• Demonstrated experience designing or managing governance models for enterprise-scale initiatives
• Proficiency with project/portfolio tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet
• PMP or equivalent governance/program management certification preferred; Agile/Scrum certification a plus
