Director of Business Value

Job Summary

Owning the full demand-to-value pipeline, the full-time remote Director of Business Value will manage AI initiatives by partnering with business leaders, driving adoption, and demonstrating measurable ROI while leading a cross-functional team focused on shaping and executing AI opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the demand pipeline across Workplace AI, including intake, shaping, prioritization, and value measurement
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements and a prioritized portfolio of AI opportunities
• Build and lead a team responsible for demand shaping and business-facing execution, establishing scalable standards and processes

Required qualifications

• 15+ years in business transformation, product, strategy, or related leadership roles
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs requiring influence over senior stakeholders
• Substantive technical fluency in modern AI and generative AI, including model training and evaluation
• Proven track record of translating business needs into technology solutions with measurable impact
• Exceptional executive communication skills, particularly with non-technical leaders
